SURFACE TREATMENT OF DIE CASTING
The surface of aluminum die casting is cleaned of oxide skin and oil stains, and the post-treatment adhesion is increased to meet the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, decoration or other special requirements of the casting.
Chemical surface treatment:Anodizing, electrophoresis, electroplating, copper plating, chromium plating, zinc plating, nickel plating, electrochemical polishing
Mechanical surface treatment:Sandblast, shot blasting, polishing, rolling, polishing, deburring, grinding, sand drawing, wire drawing, vibration grinding
Other surface treatments:Screen printing, baking paint, phosphating, radium carving, mirror polishing
